Astana Medical University is ranks in one of the biggest recognised universities in Kazakhstan. Astana medical university located in NUR – SULTAN (Astana). During the period of time 1998-2019 NUR- SULTAN is known as ASTANA. But after March 2019 Astana city is renamed as NUR-SULTAN. NUR-SULTAN is also known as the capital of Kazakhstan and also called as the financial capital of the country. Because NUR –SULTAN is richest and developed city of Kazakhstan and also the capital of the country so that this is called as the financial capital of the Kazakhstan. NUR-SULTAN is also known as the 2nd coldest capital in the world because at winter season the temperature goes around −30 to −35 °C and in summer season the temperature is across 35 °C. The average annual temperature of NUR – SULTAN is 3.5 °C (38.3 °F).
